Scholarship: Loan or Grant Scholarship, in all major degree programs, amount of the scholarship varies from program to program. Application s are accepted from January to March.

Eligibility Criteria: First class in under-graduation and steady academic record.

 

AMERICAN ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Scholarship: Grant merit based, in all major degree courses in US universities only, for amount worth Rs 50,000 and applications are accepted from January to February.

Eligibility Criteria: Reputed USA University, achievements in academics and Co-Curricular activities, related educational program, and student should have acquired an offer letter or I 20.

 

BHARAT PETROLEUM SCHOLARSHIP FOR INDIAN STUDENTS

Scholarship: Merit based for post graduate studies, and amount of the scholarship varies from program to program. The notification for scholarship is published in prominent daily newspapers.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate with minimum 60%.

 

COMMONWEALTH UK SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INDIAN STUDENTS

Scholarship: Merit based for all, amount is defined as per selection of the program and is notified in leading newspapers. Eligibility Criteria: Student must have scored 55% or above in masters.

 

DR MANMOHAN SINGH SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarship: Support Indian Students in pursuing doctoral studies at St John's College, Cambridge. Under this initiative, a number of scholarships will be made available for September/October 2016/2017. The scholarship covers Academic fees, International airfare, Monthly stipend to cover living expenses, UK Visa.

Eligibility Criteria: Student should be an Indian national with a valid Indian passport, currently based in India, below 35 years of age, having no previous significant exposure to UK education, or receipt of UK government funding, holds a Master's degree from a reputed Indian university or institution with a first class award in the relevant subject or field by October annually, willing to study a full-time Doctoral research degree from the University of Cambridge, starting from September/October.

 

HSBC SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM

Scholarship: Merit based scholarship for under graduate and post graduate studies, amount of the scholarship varies from program to program and notification will be published in leading newspapers.

Eligibility Criteria: Excellent academics

 

INLAKS SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarship: Scholarships are granted at top American, European and UK institutions, for funding requirements including tuition fees. The Foundation does not award scholarships for more than US$100,000. The Foundation has joint scholarship schemes with Imperial College, London, Royal College of Art (RCA), London, School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London, Cambridge Trust, Cambridge and Sciences Po, Paris. In the case of candidates for these collaborating institutions, the Foundation is able to accept applications without this requirement.

Eligibility Criteria: open for all Indians, first grade degree from a reputed Indian institute, should have prior admission to the selected program in the institute.

 

IRELAND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INDIAN STUDENTS

Scholarship: Merit based scholarship for under graduate and post graduate studies, amount of the scholarship varies from program to program and notification will be published in leading newspapers.

Eligibility Criteria: Excellent academics

 

J.N. TATA ENDOWMENT

Scholarship: Grant or Loan scholarship is available for students looking forward to pursue their masters in Engineering, medical, business, administration and finance. The value of the scholarship is equivalent to Rs 20,000 to Rs 50,000, application are accepted from 1st December to 31st January.

Eligibility Criteria: Regular and excellent academic record

 

K.C. MAHINDRA EDUCATION TRUST

Scholarship: Loan scholarship for masters' program and the amount varies from program to program and application are invited in January and May.

Eligibility Criteria: Student should have first class marks in Bachelors along with steady academic record.

 

LOTUS TRUST

Scholarship: Loan scholarship for post graduate studies, scholarship value ranges from Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 and application are invited during April to May.

THE LORE INDIA FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP TRUST

Scholarship: Total amount of scholarship on offer under this program is Rs 5 crores. Scholarship available based on the ranking of the applicant:

·         1st rank: Rs. 50 lakhs

·         2nd rank: Rs. 30 lakhs

·         3rd rank: Rs. 20 lakhs

·         4th- 53rd rank: Rs. 5 lakhs each

·         54th-103rd rank: Rs. 3 lakhs each

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

·         Student must be a citizen or permanent resident of India

·         Should be enrolled in Classes X, XI or XII at the time of applying

·         Student should have plans to pursue an undergraduate program from a recognized and accredited Indian or foreign university in the subject of their choice

·         Selection Procedure: The candidate will be shortlisted through the Learning Aptitude Test (LAT) and will be awarded the scholarship in accordance with the rank. In case it is not possible to rank the applicants in the LAT, the second round of examination will be conducted. The plan of which will be decided by the Governing Council of the Lore India Foundation Scholarship Program.

 

THE NAROTAM SEKHSARIA SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarship: Loan Scholarship, for students throughout the country and across the fields of Pure Sciences, Applied Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, Law, Architecture and Management. It is an interest-free loan scholarship. The amount of the scholarship, up to a maximum of Rs20 lakhs to students desiring to pursue post graduate studies at prestigious institutions in India and abroad as per the assessment of the Foundation.

Eligibility Criteria: A Graduate of a recognized university (Students in the final year of the degree course and those awaiting results), Students planning to pursue postgraduate studies at prestigious institutions, those who have applied for admission to the university and awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
