As per countries DIBP (Department of immigration & border protection has 2 working holiday subclasses they are:

  1. Subclass 417 working holiday visa

  2. Subclass 462 holiday visa and work

 

Subclass 417 working holiday visa:

Applicants from Canada, Belgium, Denmark, Republic of Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Germany, France, Republic of Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan, Italy, Malta, Republic of Korea, Norway, Netherlands, Taiwan, Sweden, UK.

 

This visa is for people aged 18 – 30 years of age who are interested in working holiday up to twelve months in Australia.

 

Requirements:

  1. Health insurance.

  2. Sufficient funds.

  3. Good character & health.

  4. Age.

 

Subclass 462 holiday visa and work:

Information for candidates from Argentina, Chile, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Turkey, Thailand Uruguay and USA.

 

This visa is for people aged 18 – 30 years of age who are interested in working holiday up to twelve months in Australia.

 

Visa features for subclass 417 & 462

 

This visa allows visa holders to

  1. Stay up to twelve months

  2. Multiple entries

  3. Stay up to twelve months

 

Visa Fee:

  1. Base application charge for subclass 417 $440

  2. Non internet application charge for subclass 417 $80

  3. Base application charge for subclass 462 $440

  4. Subsequent temporary application charge for subclass 462 $700
