The US consulates will now seek the assistance of the social media accounts and history for the candidate’s biographical information of the past 15 yrs. This is required to understand the conduct and candidates past profile which will be administered with due diligence and will foster tight visa processing environment for each candidate.

If any records that displayed a questionable act or it came under the light of illegal immigration, have also been examined based on their social media records and handling.

Many strata of business and organisations have also argued against this cumbersome process which would increase time and processing for the Visa permit.

The US consular has said it would be their decision who will get the Visa or might have through a tightened process.

The time since the new President of US has taken office there has been several changes seen to Visa process and policies. Also, there has been travel bans imposed on Muslim majority nations which also has created a lot of news and made the outreach to the US more difficult.

The individuals who will follow the rules and possess sound history will have easy travels to the US.
