The Sub-category of Saskatchewan Express Entry has been renewed with an extended list of occupations for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program. It has been reopened with an extra list of 43 occupations that are in demand. This sub-category of Saskatchewan Express Entry is allied with the Express Entry immigration selection system of Canada.

Qualified candidates in the pool of Express entry with a prior job experience in any one of these occupations can submit an application under the Sub-category of Saskatchewan Express Entry. If selected, the candidates will receive extra 600 extra CRS points as well as an ITA for Canada PR in the subsequent draw.

The Sub-category of Saskatchewan Express Entry the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program operates on first served and first come basis. Applicants are not required to have a job offer in order to apply through this program, as quoted by the CIC News. A maximum of 600 fresh applications will be accepted in this period of intake.

Out of the 43 occupations that are in demand in the updated list, any specific professional licensure is required for 20 occupations. Some kind of professional licensure is required for the remaining 23 occupations.

The earlier list had 17 occupations and thus a number of candidates in the Express entry pool who were ineligible earlier can now apply for the Sub-category of Saskatchewan Express Entry the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program.
