Change in Family migration rules by the UK Home Office

As per the report of 2012, minimum income threshold was introduced by the UK Home office. For sponsoring a spouse it required a minimum income threshold of £18,600 income. Whereas for sponsoring a child a minimum income of £22,400 was required and an addition of £2,400 for every further child.
Because of the certain criteria laid by the UK government, many families and their spouse were split up. Due to these harsh financial requirement, many heart breaking stories came up.
The new family migration rules by the UK government would come into effect by 10th August 2017.
The amendment of rules are listed below:

While the home office would take some time to clear the backlogs of 5000 applications of already affected families.
Home office also announced that families who were not previously eligible due to minimum income threshold should get in touch with Breytenbachs Immigration. Also, the applications on hold can submit some more evidence so as to meet the needs of the latest eligibility requirement.
